Getting started
Need to rent a roll-off dumpster or portable toilet for your next construction job? Look no further than Roll-Off Bros.
Roll-Off Bros offers affordable, high-quality products in a variety of sizes that can be delivered and serviced right at your work site, making your part in disposing of construction debris easier. Our company knows your time is valuable, so we have made our dumpster rental process as simple as we can.
To get started, look through our website to get an idea of what size dumpster you need. Different sized projects result in different amounts of debris, so make sure you choose a size that is just right for your project.
Next, make sure you have enough space for the dumpster you intend to rent on your work site. Our workers are trained to safely deliver and roll off the dumpsters onto the property. To do so, we will need to have a hard, flat surface cleared off ahead of time that is big enough to fit the product’s footprint, as well as the area leading up to it from the street. Don’t forget to check out our section on dumpster sizes for more information about dumpster dimensions!
After you have an idea of what kind of dumpster you need, go ahead and call one of our many highly trained customer service representatives to reserve your roll-off dumpster and/ or portable toilet. Staff members can also answer any other questions you may have, such as cost or specific project detail concerns.

Dumpsters
15-yard dumpster
Our smallest dumpster is the 15-yard roll-off. It fits great on smaller driveways and is perfect for smaller projects, such as small home remodels or room renovations. Measuring 14-feet long, 4-feet tall, and 8-feet wide, this dumpster can hold up to 5-7 pickup truck loads full of debris.
30-yard dumpster
Our 30-yard dumpster measures 21-feet long, 6-feet tall, and 8-feet wide. It is big enough to hold between 10 and 12 pickup truck loads full of debris, which is an ideal amount of space for major construction projects, semi-large home projects, large scale home remodels, and landscaping.
20-yard dumpster
Our 20-yard dumpster is small enough to fit in most driveways but big enough to hold up to 7-9 pickup truck loads full of debris. With dimensions measuring 14-feet long, 6-feet tall, and 8 feet wide, this dumpster is great for handling debris from shed renovations, large home remodeling projects, and large home or small business renovations.
40-yard dumpster
Our largest dumpster is the 40-yard roll-off. It measures 21-feet long, 8-feet tall, and 8-feet wide. It is large enough to hold about 12-14 pickup truck loads full of debris. This dumpster is reserved specifically for those large building remodeling or commercial construction projects.
When should dumpsters be swapped?
No Hazardous Materials
*Throwing these and any other hazardous items into a roll-off dumpster will result in an added fee and may delay workers from swapping out your dumpster.
- Hazardous materials, such as these, have no place in our roll-offs:
- Batteries and electronics
- Flammables and explosives
- Car fluids like anti-freeze, oil, and gas
- Pesticides and herbicides
- Mattresses and box springs
- Aerosol cans
- Asbestos
How to Open A Dumpster
Our roll-off dumpsters have lever style locks. They are pretty simple to open. First, unhook the latch safety pin and remove the safety chain. Then, just raise the lever and open the door. Don’t forget to secure the door by using the safety chain to attach the door to the other side of the roll-off.
Some companies have dumpsters with ratchet style locks. To unlock this kind of roll-off, first unhook the safety chain, and then flip the ratchet’s switch. Next, loosen the ratchet and detach the chain. Finally, pull the door open, making sure to secure the door to the side of the roll-off using the safety chain.

Tips For First Time Renters
When should I order my dumpster?
Delivery through Roll-Off Bros is simple! All we need is at least a one-day notice for you to tell us when and where you want your Roll-Off Bros dumpster. We have a large delivery service area and deliver the dumpster right to your worksite. You do not need to be present for the drop-off, and we can give you a call once the deed is done, if requested.
Think ahead, and reserve an on-site roll-off dumpster, so no unnecessary trips have to be made. Your only part in disposing of waste? Bringing debris to the roll-off.
How do I prepare for Delivery?
All you need to do to be ready for delivery day is make sure you have cleared off a hard, flat surface such as concrete for our trained staff to place the dumpster on. We suggest you reserve your rental ahead of time to make sure you have enough time to get ready for your delivery.
Our customer service representatives are more than happy to take your calls and answer any questions you have, especially if this is your first time renting a roll-off dumpster. We want you to have the best roll-off rental experience and part of that is making sure you are satisfied with your selection. Don’t be afraid to call us today!
Will I need to move anything?
Once the product has been delivered, do not move it. If it needs to be moved or swapped out, give us a call and let us handle it.
Dumpsters can contain bulky, sharp materials. Make sure you and your workers are careful when loading debris into them, so no one falls in and gets hurt. And always keep children and pets away from the area.
How Should I load my dumpster?
Loading a dumpster is not hard. Just remember to evenly distribute waste as you fill it and call us before it gets past the brim. If possible, try to put lighter debris under heavier debris. This helps us by making sure nothing flies out onto the road when our workers are taking your swapped-out dumpster to be emptied at a waste removal facility.
Some first-time renters make the mistake of just piling in their construction waste, and then calling us to pick it up after it has overflowed to the ground. Don’t do this!
